ABOUT ME
A Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychologist Here to Guide You
I am committed to making a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and families. As a licensed and Board Certified Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychologist and an Associate Professor of Clinical Child Psychology, I conduct clinical research, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and provide clinical training and supervision in clinical child psychology. I also provide clinical services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families in my private practice.
My clinical training emphasized the use of evidence-based practices in a flexible and culturally-appropriate manner. My approach to clinical services aims to integrate the latest scientific evidence, my clinical experience, and the values and preferences of my clients and their families.
Please note that I only offer appointments on Saturdays, meaning that our appointments will not conflict with school activities or with a busy family life during the week. I look forward to working with you and your family.
Please also note that I am not accepting new clients at this time.

Helping You Understand
Are you concerned about your child's mental health? Are you looking to know whether your child might have a psychological disorder or to develop a better understanding of your child's mental health?
My comprehensive diagnostic evaluations are designed to use evidence-based tools to clarify diagnoses, inform treatment planning, and provide recommendations about appropriate services. A comprehensive evaluation is tailored to answer your specific questions. Typically, information is collected from caregivers, children and adolescents, and schools. Depending on the complexity of the question to be answered, the evaluation may include review of records, clinical interviews, observations, and relevant assessment measures and tests.
Evaluations are billed at an hourly rate of $250, with evaluations typically costing from $1000-$1250. Please call to discuss your specific needs and to receive an estimate of the total cost.
